This comes with the addition of Jesper J. Lange, a prominent figure who will join as Life Sciences Executive Counsel on 1 November 2025. This will provide Gorrissen Federspiel’s clients with stronger access to strategic advice, combining valuable legal expertise, business insight and in-depth sector knowledge.

Jesper J. Lange is the co-founder and was the CEO of MC2 Therapeutics for 18 years. During this time, he led the company from its establishment to becoming a profitable, internationally operating pharmaceutical company. Jesper J. Lange has gained significant insight into the process of bringing a medicinal product to market in the US and entering commercial partnerships globally.
Before joining MC2 Therapeutics, Jesper J. Lange was a partner at a leading Danish law firm, specialising in M&A, intellectual property rights, venture funding and strategic licensing and cooperation agreements.
His combination of experience from the legal profession and many years of management experience in the biotech industry makes him one of the strongest profiles in the sector – strengthening Gorrissen Federspiel’s advice to the life sciences sector.
